Verified ReviewerUnfair load shedding schedule in kawama KCC
It has come to my attention that for the past month or so, power has been arriving between 01-05. I would like to request a rescheduling of the load shedding due to upcoming exams.
Other areas within the district tend to have a valid amount and period of time unlike my area. As October is approaching, pupils, teachers, and students all need to prepare for their academics. Yet, due to the loading timetable, few manage to study or print their assignments without walking a long distance. This has affected a lot of individuals' lives, including small businesses in the area.
Please reconsider restoring power at least between 18-22 hours. Your quick response will be highly appreciated.

Load shedding and when power restored with low voltage and water pump can't operateneed to respond urgently when complaint is made please

On top of load shedding and inconsistent supply ,not following schedule ,long hours of no supply lam deeply disappointed as a bakery owner, lam about to close my business because of poor management of power supply

Worst company and very worst service
No power shedding schedule followed, no power everyday more than 16 hours.
No power at evening and night for past weeks. Food in the freeลบer getting wasted every week.
Loss of money and my chldลen cant sleep at night due to no power and cant use heater and Geyser. Personally me and my family suffereing a lot due to power shedding.

Loadsheding
Why is it that we have started having power for less than 4 hours as earlier promised? By 09 hours, power is not restored when the program is for 08 hours.
We have money-generating activities during the day. So, please stick to the program of giving us four hours during the day, because this is so unfair.

Zesco has delayed in bringing power back multiple times during this period of load shedding in the phi area. I has delayed by 2 hours and still stated that they will stick to the same schedule even though thatll mean a 10 hour outage instead of 8. Too inconveniencing!

I wish I had power to fire people I would have fired the entire management because they serve no purpose. How can a nation go forward with such perpetual power outages.

Personal, hi my personal view about zesco,is why can't zesco start to drain water from Zambezi river or kafue river, and fill up the Kariba dam? Because we can't wait for the rain to come.
I think zesco must use other alternative to full up Kariba dam than waiting for the rain.what if it doesn't not rain? In Zambia we have so many rivers which can full up Kariba dam, eg Zambezi river, and kafue river

Extended power outage, have the hours been increased?
We have been having power outage from 04:50hrs to about 17:00 hours. This has been going on for two weeks now.
And no communication was given to prepare us for this.
We all need to know if theres a problem so that we prepare for it.
Please help us to by informing us so that we can plan ahead. Thanks

We haven't had power for 3 days after rain and we called them on time, but we are still waiting. Someone was electrocuted due to a power cable that has cut and has sparks but still nothing has been done
